The cabin in Kibbutz Ortal was absolutely charming and had a cozy, North-Israeli vibe. The breathtaking views of the Golan Heights added to the overall experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the open-armed people made us feel right at home. The winery on the grounds offered a delightful tasting experience, and we even bought some bottles to take home. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the confusing road to the kibbutz at night and the language barrier in the email correspondence, I would highly recommend Kibbutz Ortal Tourism. this was a pleasant and unique experience that we would love to repeat in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly liked the petting zoo. The location in the garden was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious breakfast served every morning.

We loved our stay at Kibbutz Ortal! Beautiful location, clean facilities with bathrobes and slippers, well-equipped kitchen, amazing jacuzzi, delicious breakfast with a variety of options, friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing not too like.

The property had a beautiful garden to walk around and relax in during the day, and the view of the mountains was stunning. the breakfast was really good, especially the freshly baked bread and fruit selection. the staff was friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations on what to see in the surrounding area.

We had a terrible experience on New Year's Eve. the room walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms.

the peacefulness of the garden, with its vibrant flowers and greenery, was a highlight. the room was cozy and spotlessly clean; the bathroom had modern fixtures with excellent plumbing. the friendly staff provided prompt and attentive service, always ensuring our satisfaction. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh and tasty options. We couldn't get enough of the stunning view of the mountains from our balcony.

The communal lounge area could benefit from more space to prevent crowding.

Our stay was enjoyable. We had a comfortable room with lovely furnishings. The breakfast was beyond excellent and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The location was convenient with many attractions within a short distance. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and surroundings. The cherries and winery were a nice touch.

We had a bit of trouble finding the reception desk and navigating the security gate. Clearer instructions would have been helpful.
